Just Puttin' Around

The weather has been great lately and we have been walking at night. Last night Matt and I walked down to the putting green in our neighborhood to putt around and let Anna run and play.

She was a great help when it came to rounding up the golf balls and bringing them back to us.

Shelby was there too!

Look at Anna trying out the putter! She will be golfing with Grandpa Jerry in no time! She loved it.

Sam of course was there looking as cute as ever!

Mommy isn't very good at putting, so she decided to show off her mad juggling skills.

This is Anna counting with me. We are not sure where she learned it, but the girl can count to ten pretty much by herself!

For Matt...

Since you asked me to 'man up' the blog for Sam I changed the blog background. Do you like it?

Anna Jackson...

Matt's parents are cleaning out their house, and this weekend we got a bag of Matt's childhood belongings. In that bag were a pair of gloves that look like gators. When I was going through the bag and putting stuff away Anna stole one of the gloves and wanted me to put it on her hand. She wore this ONE glove ALL DAY!! She wouldn't put them both on- just one! Every time it fell off she would make me put it back on her. So I started calling her Anna Jackson!

Stinker Goes to School!

Here is Anna in the kitchen before we left for school! Today was "Meet the Teacher" day so I got to stay with her and play. I thought she would sit in my lap the whole time like she does at playdate, but after about 5 minutes she took off. She brought toys back to me, played by herself, and even played ball with one of the other kids. I was surprised! We loved her teachers and she had fun playing with them. When it was time to go she threw a little tantrum and kicked me- not good! I guess I would rather her not want to leave than spend the whole time asking if we could leave!
