Look What Kinley Taught Me!

After trying for several days and getting VERY frustrated when she couldn't do it...she finally got her foot in her mouth! Just like her good friend Kinley.

After successfully eating oatmeal for a couple of weeks, we were instructed to move on to veggies! Carrots were first on the list...

Fun Visit

Aunt Jessie came to visit this weekend! We had a ton of fun shopping for stuff for her new apartment, playing with Anna, playing games (she beat Matt and I in dominoes), and eating junk! Thank you for visiting us, and please come back soon. We miss you!




Aunt Jessie cracks Anna up!! She has started laughing out loud, and she found Jess particularly funny this weekend.

4 Month Check-Up

Baby girl had her 4 month appointment with Dr. Tamm today. Dr. Tamm said she looked great and is very strong. She weighed in at 16 pounds and is 26 inches long! She is in the 90th percentile for height, and the 50th for weight. We can start oatmeal since we have done rice for a week, and then we move to Barley (sounds really gross, we might skip barley!). If she does well Dr. Tamm said to start veggies! She cried for a long time after the shots, and didn't stop until we got into the car. Once we got home she was all smiles though! She will live!

The other day we put a hat on her when we went walking. Don't want her little head to burn! Isn't she cute?

SPLASH!

We took Anna to the pool tonight for a little swim before bedtime. She loved it. She spent the whole time wide eyed looking around. Getting her pepped up to go was another story...

She was OUT COLD. But she woke up once we got her out of the car and into the water.

All done, and ready to go home!

Ruffles in the back please...

Mommy went to help take care of Ms. Nikki and Luke, and Daddy was in charge of Anna. He did a great job. One thing though...the ruffles go in the BACK!!

Her pants are on backwards, but she had a great time with Daddy!

A New Face

We put Anna in her highchair last night while we were eating dinner so she could sit with us. She loves sitting in her highchair. Anyway, she was making this face at us the whole time. She figured out how to suck in her top lip. I guess that is better than when she sticks out the bottom one!

If she figures out how to do her bottom lip too, she can make a fish face!

She is sleeping pretty much through the night which is nice and we have started her on rice cereal. Baby girl will be 4 months old tomorrow. Time is flying by too fast! Here are some pics I took today of her in her exersaucer.
